Islamic Course Participants
A group of Islamic course participants visited Putrajaya and Selangor International Islamic University College (KUIS), on 14 October 2011, as a part of the course programme with the aim to broaden their experience and knowledge about Malaysia especially in the areas of education and the diversity of religious, social and ethnic background among Malaysians.
Sixteen participants, male and female from seven countries, toured Putrajaya where almost all government offices and various ministries including the Office of Prime Minister and Federal Court are located. Thai Muslims Launch Flood Relief Centre

Muslim organizations in Thailand set up a flood relief centre and rescue teams comprising of Santichon Islamic Foundation, Muslim Council of Thailand, WAMY Thailand’s Office, Muslim Mass Media Association and Thai Muslim Student Association, with the aim to help the desperate Muslim victims from the current deluge particularly in Bangkok and nearby provinces.
