Islamic Course Closing Ceremony

A one-month Islamic course, held in  association with Malaysia (), came to an end when all 16 participants from 7 countries gathered at a simple Closing Ceremony to mark the event on 13 April 2012 (Friday), at ’s Sultan Ahmad Shah .

RISEAP Islamic Course Held at IIUM

A latest series of Islamic course started at of Malaysia (IIUM) from 19 March 2012 to 15 April 2012, with a total of 16 participants from eight RISEAP member countries namely Cambodia, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, , , and Thailand  attended this one-month course.

RISEAP has been conducting several Islamic courses since 1999 with the aim to provide and inculcate Islamic understandings and its fundamental knowledge to members of Muslim minority from RISEAP member countries in Southeast Asian and the Pacific region.

RISEAP, IIUM Mosque to Promote Da’wah Activity

and Sultan Hj Ahmad Shah officials held a meeting to discuss future cooperation and enhance ties between the two Islamic bodies particularly in areas of education and da’wah activities, on 16 February 2012, at Office of the Sultan Hj Ahmad Shah , of Malaysia ().

Japanese Muslims Help Earthqake Victims

(), a member organization in , in association with Islamic Trust (Otsuka ), dispatched a group of Muslim relief workers to provide necessary help to the victims of earthquake in Fukushima on 17 April 2011, The group led by Dr Ahmad Shiozaki Yuki, of JMA, donated  to hundreds of the victims now being  evacuated to various places including a high school in Iwaki City.

Convention on Awareness through Mosque Tour Launched at ILIM

, 07 December 2010. Islamic Outreach ABIM in association with Discover of Bahrain organized it’s first ever convention on Awareness through Tour from 6-11 December 2010 at Institute of (ILIM), Selangor, .

RISEAP Launches Muslimah Course (Level Two)

–  23rd November 2010 -  The first time ever follow-up course for began on 23 November until 18 December 2010, at International Islamic University (IIUM), Kuala Lumpur, .   Eight participants from eight ’s  member countries attended the one-month course. The purpose of the course is to “upgrade” the knowledge ex-participants and to keep them abreast with the new development of dakwah.
